Monogram Instructions

If your item includes a monogram, please enter the letters exactly in the order you would like them stitched in. Letters will be embroidered in the order provided.

Design Selections

If font, thread color, or other personalization details are not specified, selections will be made at our discretion.

Order Changes/Cancellations

All orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled once placed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, let us know right away. Once the package has shipped, we are unable to update the address.

Turnaround Time

Our current turnaround time is 4–6 weeks.

If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order to see if an earlier ship date can be accommodated.

Please note that our standard turnaround time does not apply to the following:

• In-stock blank items – Ship within 1–3 business days
• Preorder items – Turnaround times will be listed on the product page or communicated directly
• Party Suites – Ship by the agreed-upon date
• Rush Orders – Ship by the agreed-upon date

Shipping Liability & Insurance

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit.

If you would like to add shipping insurance for additional protection, please reach out before placing your order.

Returns & Corrections

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

However, if an error was made on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

If approved, a prepaid return label will be provided. Items must be:

  • Shipped back within 1–3 business days of receiving the return label
  • Unworn and unwashed, if applicable (for clothing items)
  • In original condition

Returns that are shipped after 3 business days or show signs of wear, use, or washing will not be accepted.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will either issue a refund or send a corrected replacement based on the resolution we’ve agreed upon.
