Shipping policy

My general turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. If you need something sooner, please contact me before paying to see if a sooner date can be accommodated. My general turnaround time does not apply to the following: 1. Blank items that I have on hand, which ship within 1-3 days. 2. Preorder items that have a different turnaround time. Turnaround times for preorder items will be stated on the preorder post/communicated to you. 3. Party suites, which ship based on the need-by date. 4. Rush orders, which will ship by the date that we agree upon.

If the address on the order confirmation is incorrect, please notify me immediately. Once the package is shipped, the address cannot be changed. 

I am not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or items damaged during shipment. If you would like to add insurance to your package for protection against these instances, please notify me before paying so that I can check rates and add the additional cost to your invoice.
